2. Driving License: Valid Indian driving license or International driving permit
3. Identity Proof: Passport, Aadhaar card, or voter ID
4. Address Proof: Utility bill, bank statement. or rent agreement
Wedding Car Rental Conditions:
1. Rental Period: Minimum 4 hours, maximum 12 hours
2. Rental Time: 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM (flexible timing available)
3. Decoration: Complimentary decorations provided(flower, ribbons, etc)
4. Chauffeur: Experienced, uniformed chauffeur provided
5. Fuel: Included in rental package (up to 100 km)
6. Additional km: 50 rupees /km
Payment Terms:
1. Advance Payment: 50% of rental amount (non-refundable)
2. Balanced Payment: Due 24 hours prior to rental
3. Payment Methods: Cash, Card/Debit Card, Online Banking
Cancellation Policy:
1. 72 hours prior to rental: 50% refund
2. 48 hours prior to rental: 25% refund
3. Less than 48 hours : No refund
Terms and Conditions:
1. Vehicle damages: Customer liable for damages
2. Late return: 500 rupees/hour (maximum 2 hours)
